Are you an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Team Leader to join our warm and nurturing private nursery in Barnoldswick.
Our setting offers a home-from-home environment with an exciting outdoor space and Forest School opportunities, where children flourish through play and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and inspire a team within the Baby Room, ensuring high-quality care and a safe, stimulating environment.✔ Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.✔ Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support each child's development.✔ Maintain accurate records of children's progress and oversee daily routines.✔ Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere, ensuring children's health, hygiene, and well-being.✔ Mentor and support junior staff to uphold best practices in early years education.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).✔ 2+ years' experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.✔ Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for child development.✔ A caring and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to foster a supportive learning environment.
