We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and fun individual to join our clients Outstanding nursery in the heart of Leeds as a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner. If you love working with children and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives, we want to hear from you!

Our Clients nursery offers a rich indoor and outdoor environment, and we are looking for someone who loves to be outside with children, helping them to explore, play, and learn. If you have experience in or are excited about implementing a Forest School approach, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to young children in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
- Implement the Forest School approach with children, encouraging outdoor learning and exploration.
- Support children's individual learning and development needs in line with the EYFS framework.
- Work as part of a friendly, motivated team, promoting fun and enriching activities for the children.
- Build strong relationships with children and families, helping them feel supported and valued.
About You:
- You hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- You have a passion for childcare and are eager to make a positive impact on children's lives.
- You are outdoor-focused and enjoy using outdoor spaces for learning, especially if you have experience with or a keen interest in Forest School principles.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
