EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
We believe that Early Years Practitioners play a critical role in the smooth running of a setting. The support that you provide to the Nursery is invaluable - whether helping facilitate a positive learning environment, or offering extra help and support to individual children with greater needs.
This can be a varied role, we provide you with all the support you require, to ensure that you take away as much as possible from each role that we find for you.
You don't need to hold a specific qualification for these roles, but we would require you to have had previous experience working in a childcare field.
PERMANENT
If it is a permanent role that you're looking for, we can certainly facilitate this. Some of our candidates prefer the consistency and security of this option, so we are happy to submit your CV to our clients and arrange an interview on that basis.
LONG OR SHORT-TERM AGENCY CONTRACTS
These contracts can be anything from a few weeks, to a full academic year and can often be the most popular choice for our Support Staff. With this option, you get to enjoy a wide ranging experience of schools and roles which can really build up your skills. These roles can often lead on to permanent employment further down the line too.
