What We're Looking For:
✅ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)✅ Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting✅ Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and how to implement it effectively✅ A genuine passion for child development, creativity, and play-based learning✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
