Veritas Education is working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Kirklees to recruit dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistants to support students in the classroom. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term roles, or long-term placements, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including those with additional learning needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students reach their full potential.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
Who We're Looking For

Requirements
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Availability to work in schools across the Kirklees area.
