Location: Preston / Blackburn Pay: £13.68 per hour Contract: Full-Time | Temp to Perm Hours: 37.5 per week minimum Please note: No sponsorship available
The Role
We are looking for experienced Residential Support Workers for full-time roles in Preston and Blackburn. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care for children and adults with complex needs, supporting both 1:1 and small groups.

The Preston service supports up to 5 children (aged 8-19) with autism and learning difficulties.

Requirements
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience with SEN, autism, or behaviours that challenge
Comfortable with personal care
Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult)
Desirable: Level 3 Health & Social Care, Team Teach, Makaton, PECS
