Waking Night Support Worker (Young People) Location: Preston / Blackburn Contract: Permanent | Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week (22:00 - 08:00), on a 3-week rolling rota Salary: £13.68 per hour

The Role As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our young people throughout the night. You will:
Provide emotional and practical support during night-time hours
Promote independence by assisting with education, household tasks, and life skills
Support young people with daily routines and personal care needs
Contribute to a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
What We're Looking For
Previous care experience (essential)
Experience supporting SEN needs (e.g., autism, challenging behaviour, personal care, life skills)
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
A current DBS check (Child & Adult Workforce)
