Year 1 Teacher - Maternity Cover (October Half Term Start)
Location: High WycombeRole: Year 1 Teachers Start Date: 20th October 2025 Contract: Full-Time, Maternity Cover

The Role
Full responsibility for a Year 1 class from 20th October.
Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Working with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure all pupils are supported and making progress.
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
Ensuring continuity and consistency during the maternity cover period.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. (unqualified with experience considered due to supportive school )
Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 experience desirable).
Passionate about teaching and committed to maintaining high standards.
Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
