Early Careers Teacher / HLTAs
Location: Leeds, Wakefield and Kirklees
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Careers Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on an exciting career in primary education? We are currently working along side multiple welcoming primary schools across the Leeds and surrounding areas who are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic teaching team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to support the development of all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Establish effective communication with parents and guardians to promote a collaborative approach to education.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending completion as an NQT.
- Passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
