Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in secondary education? We are currently recruiting qualified TAs to support students across a range of secondary schools in Bury.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons
- Support students with varying needs, including SEN
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Help with classroom management and preparation of resources
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
