SEN Teacher - Stevenage
£130 - £220 per day | Full-time | Umbrella pay | DBS required
A fantastic SEN provision in Stevenage is looking for a compassionate, adaptable SEN Teacher to work with pupils who have complex learning needs, including ASD, SLD, and sensory needs.
About the school:
Purpose-built site with sensory rooms and therapy spaces
Low pupil-to-staff ratios and excellent TA support in every class
Warm, experienced leadership team with a strong pastoral focus
You'll be:
Teaching small groups with EHCPs
Adapting lessons to meet a range of learning styles
Using visuals, sensory approaches, and alternative communication tools
Working closely with families and therapists
Requirements:
UK QTS or QTLS
SEN teaching experience (any setting - primary, secondary or alternative provision)
A calm, resilient approach and love of working creatively
