The Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and nurturing children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Developing and delivering fun, engaging activities that promote learning through play and holistic development.
- Working closely with the key person approach to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
- Conducting regular observations, assessments, and planning to track each child's progress.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and stimulating environment.
- Upholding high standards of safeguarding and ensuring the safety and welfare of all children.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

What an Early Years Educator needs:
- Level 3 Qualification in Early Years (such as CACHE Level 3).

Competitive Pay Rates:
level 3 Qualified Educator (All age ranges): £12.67 per hour
