Job Advertisement: Multiple QTS Primary Teachers - Preston & Blackpool
Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time Primary Teachers (QTS) Location: Various schools across Preston & Blackpool Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated QTS Primary Teachers to join schools across Preston and Blackpool. Whether you are an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher, we have exciting opportunities for you to inspire and support young learners across Key Stages 1 and 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student development.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to support the academic and emotional needs of students.
- Differentiate teaching to ensure all pupils make progress, including those with additional needs.
- Monitor, track, and report on student progress, providing feedback and setting targets.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Contribute to school activities, including extra-curricular opportunities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Passionate about teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Strong behaviour management strategies and a commitment to creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Experience or willingness to work with a diverse range of learning needs and abilities.
