You will work closely with the wider Early Years teams to create exciting, engaging and inclusive learning opportunities that allow every child to explore, play, develop and progress. - Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs.
- A strong understanding of child development from 0-5 years.
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Experience planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities.
- A sensitive and child-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity, enthusiasm and plenty of energy!
