Behaviour Mentor - Luton £105 per day | Full-time, ongoing contract
We're looking for a calm, confident and patient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Luton.
You'll be working with 10-15 students who have been temporarily removed from class, ensuring they continue with their set work and stay on track throughout the day. The role involves maintaining a positive learning environment, encouraging good behaviour, and following the school's behaviour policies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident managing behaviour and enjoys making a real difference to students who need extra guidance and support.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience working with children or young people (in school, youth work or similar)
Stay calm under pressure and manage behaviour fairly and consistently
Be reliable, professional, and committed to helping students succeed
Pay: £105 per day (paid weekly through an umbrella company) Location: Luton Start: ASAP
