What you'll be doing:

* Supporting children's learning and development through play and engaging activities* Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment* Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues* Supporting observations and children's individual learning journeys* Encouraging confidence, independence and wellbeing* Working closely with the nursery team* Following EYFS and safeguarding procedures

We're looking for:

* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare - required* Previous nursery or Early Years experience* A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach* Good communication and teamwork skills* A genuine passion for supporting children's development* Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent
