English Teacher - Blackpool (September 2026 Start) Full Academic Year | Planning & Marking Required Exclusive Vacancy with Veritas Education

Veritas Education are working exclusively with a well-regarded secondary school in Blackpool who are seeking to appoint a committed and passionate English Teacher from September 2026 for the full academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department in a school that is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and positive outcomes for its students.

The Role:

  • Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • Full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation and marking
  • Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that motivate pupils
  • Tracking and supporting student progress
  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for English and student development
  • Committed, reliable, and proactive approach
