- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Delivering small‑group intervention sessions in core subjects
- Assisting with planning, preparation and assessment
- Leading parts of lessons or full sessions with support from senior staff
- Building strong relationships with pupils and contributing to a positive classroom environment
