Are you a creative and passionate Drama Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of performers? We are working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Middlesbrough seeking an enthusiastic Drama specialist to join their thriving Performing Arts department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to develop their careers in a supportive and dynamic school environment. The role is full-time and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and imaginative Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression in students
- Support and contribute to extra-curricular activities, including productions and performances

The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Drama/Performing Arts at KS3 and KS4
- Strong classroom management and engaging teaching style
- Passion for the arts and a commitment to student achievement
- Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers
