Location: Darlington Type: Full-time, Long-Term Temporary Start Date: Immediate
Are you a passionate, resilient and dedicated teacher with a commitment to supporting primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism and other learning difficulties? We are working with a specialist free school in Darlington seeking an SEMH Teacher to join their team on an immediate long‑term temporary basis.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to small groups of pupils who require personalised approaches to learning. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have a DBS registered on the Update Service
- Be confident in implementing behaviour regulation strategies
- Bring energy, patience and a calm, consistent approach
