Exam Invigilator
We are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support our partner secondary schools across Teesside during key examination periods.
This is a casual, flexible role that plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of exams. Typical pay ranges from £13-£15 per hour depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting out and collecting exam papers and materials
- Admitting students and ensuring exam procedures are followed
- Supervising students during exams
- Supporting students with reading and scribing where required
This role may suit:
- University students or graduates looking for part-time work
- Retired professionals or those seeking flexible term-time hours
- Individuals with experience in education or administration
- Anyone with strong attention to detail and a calm, professional manner
- Local applicants preferred
- Flexible hours during exam seasons
- Enhanced DBS required (we can assist)
Please note for any applicants with no experience of Exam Invigilation we would require you to complete an online 'Effective Exam Invigilation' course - register with Veritas Education and this would be offered at no cost.
