Veritas Education is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Harrogate secondary schools. This role involves working one-to-one and in small groups, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups.
- Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks.
- Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 months experience working in UK secondary schools (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Passion for supporting young people in education.
