Key Responsibilities:- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with their learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students understand the tasks.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 months experience working in UK secondary schools (essential).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A confident and professional approach.
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
