About the RoleYou'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5, guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's development across the seven areas of learning
Creating a safe, stimulating environment that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and positive relationships
Observing and assessing progress using Development Matters and contributing to individual learning journeys
Collaborating with colleagues to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
Building strong partnerships with families and carers

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
