Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional ready to take the lead? Our small, independent nursery in LS11 is looking for a dynamic Room Leader to join our close-knit team and help shape the future of early years education.

The RoleAs Room Leader, you'll be responsible for:
Leading your room with confidence and care, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive space
Planning and delivering rich learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Supporting children's development across all seven areas of learning, with a strong focus on child-led play and exploration
Mentoring and guiding your team, sharing best practices and fresh ideas
Building strong relationships with families and contributing to the wider nursery ethos
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
Deep understanding of the EYFS framework and how to apply it creatively
A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for child development
Someone who brings ideas, energy, and experience to the table
Based in LS11, our nursery is easily accessible and serves a diverse, vibrant local community.
