SEN LSA (Secondary) - Watford
We're recruiting for an SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Watford. The role is ideal for someone with empathy, patience and flexibility, who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
The role:
Supporting students with SEN including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
Providing 1:1 and small group support in lessons
Helping to adapt resources to meet student needs
Encouraging independence and confidence in learning
