We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and confident Cover Supervisors to provide daily supply cover across secondary schools in the Lambeth area. ???? The Role:
- Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
- Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress
???? What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people (school-based or in youth settings)
- Strong classroom management skills and a professional attitude
- Adaptability to work in different schools and environments
- A positive, can-do approach with strong communication skills
???? Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Available at short notice for daily assignments
