Pay: £90-£110 per day

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding support role? Do you have a passion for helping young people reach their full potential?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Support Assistant to join our supportive team at Schools across North London, working closely with students who have additional learning needs, including autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, SEMH, and other neurodiverse profiles.
Psychology Graduate Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs
- Implement personalised learning strategies in collaboration with SENCO and other professionals
- Support emotional regulation, communication skills, and positive behaviour interventions
- Monitor and record progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents
- Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and safe learning environment
Psychology Graduate Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Psychology or related field
- Be genuinely interested in child and adolescent development
- Have excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate resilience, patience, and a proactive approach
- Previous experience in educational or care settings is desirable but not essential
