  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
  • Assist with preparing classroom resources and materials to support lesson delivery.

  • A good understanding of child development and psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff.
  • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Work with a reputable recruitment agency that specialises in education placements.
  • Gain invaluable experience working in a supportive school environment.
  • Access to a range of professional development opportunities.
  • Potential pathway for further career progression in education or psychology.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • How to Apply: If you are passionate about working with children and keen to make a difference in the classroom, we'd love to hear from you.
