Experienced Teaching assistant NewhamStart ASAP
On behalf of our client, a prestigious and well established secondary school based in Newham, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching assistant to join the SEN team. As a teaching assistant you will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups. The school have a high number of students with ASD, ADHD and dyslexia, therefore, experience in the this field is desirable.
As a teaching assistant you will be:
- dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
- you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
- you will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn.
- You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour.
