Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting children's learning and development? We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join primary school settings across Bradford.
Role Overview:
- Provide classroom and SEN support in Early Years to Key Stage 2.
- Work 1:1 with pupils who are below expected levels.
- Support children with additional learning needs.
- Promote positive behaviour management.
- Help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
✅ Degree in a childcare-related field (e.g., Psychology, Criminology, Child & Adolescent Mental Health, Education, etc.). ✅ Confident, proactive, and passionate about working with children. ✅ Strong behaviour management skills. ✅ A nurturing and supportive approach to learning.
