Part-Time Cover Supervisor
- Location: Southall, Middlesex
- Salary: £110-£125 per day
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Term Time Only)

An Ofsted outstanding primary school in Southall are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join their team on a 3-day-a-week basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a wide range of subjects for students from Early Years to Year 6. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that the students remain engaged and on-task. - Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide support to students, helping them to complete tasks and engage in learning activities. - Foster a positive learning environment by maintaining good behavior, encouraging participation, and promoting inclusion. - Support students of varying abilities and needs, ensuring that they receive the appropriate assistance to achieve their best. - Ensure a smooth transition between activities and manage the classroom efficiently. - Liaise with staff members and provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities. - Follow school policies and procedures for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.Key Requirements: - Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role is required. - Strong classroom management skills and a confident approach to supervising and supporting primary-aged children. - Ability to adapt quickly to different year groups and classroom settings. - A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.About the School:This impressive primary school is recognized for its high standards and excellent results, as rated by Ofsted.
