Start Date: ASAP Salary: £85-£100 per day Contract Type: Temporary to PermanentRole Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our fantastic primary schools in the Harrogate area. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with children and a desire to progress their careers in the educational field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Assisting children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and those with additional needs.
- Managing and supporting challenging behaviour.
- Collaborating with teachers to deliver tailored educational programs.
Requirements:
- Keen passion for working with children.
- Commitment to professional development and career progression.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
