We are currently seeking a qualified Primary Teacher with SEN experience for a primary school in Tower Hamlets. You will be teaching a Year 2 (KS1) class, working with students with a range of learning needs and helping them reach their full potential.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet diverse learning needs.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents to create a nurturing learning environment.
- Implement effective strategies to help students develop confidence, independence, and key skills.
- Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure individual development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student engagement and participation.
About you:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEN students in a primary setting.
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact on students' learning and development.
