Exciting Opportunity to be a Deputy Nursery Manager in a dyamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in practice to motivate and inspire your team.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and work together to implement training and enhancements in practice.
- Ensure the nursery meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
- Encourage the continuous professional development of your team.
- Demonstrate strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages.
- Drive improvements and changes in the nursery to enhance quality of care and education.
- Lead your team to deliver the highest standards of childcare and education.
- Communicate effectively with staff and families at the nursery.
- Show dedication to children's development and commitment to the nursery's ethos.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A proactive and ambitious attitude towards driving improvements and changes in practice.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with your team, parents, and the wider community.
- Enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for the development of children.
