The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have practical experience in nursery settings and a strong desire to support and inspire young children in their developmental journey.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records and sharing insights with parents and carers.
- Collaborate with the nursery team to plan and implement creative learning experiences.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements- Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Practical experience working in a nursery setting.
- A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their full potential.
