Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment?
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Primary Teacher to join our school on a maternity cover contract, starting in April 2025. This role will run for a full year, until April 2026, providing you with the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
About the Role:The position will primarily involve teaching in Key Stage 2, but we are open to flexibility based on the strengths and preferences of the successful candidate. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning, ensuring the academic and personal development of your pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and development.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Primary Teacher with a proven track record of success in the classroom.
- Experience in Key Stage 2 is preferred, but we are open to a candidate with a flexible approach.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best education for every child.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners.
- A creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
