We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) teacher to join our supportive and welcoming school in Nelson. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team to help inspire and guide students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed
- Monitor and track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
- Maintain high standards of classroom management
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- A passion for education and a commitment to student well-being
