About the Role:

As a Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and nurturing students in Years 3 and 4. Your role will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued, supported, and motivated.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress and using data to inform teaching strategies.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
  • Promoting social, emotional, and academic development, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriching curriculum.
  • Engaging with parents/carers to provide updates on pupils' progress and wellbeing.
  • About You:

    We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience or a strong understanding of teaching in Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4).
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Has a creative and proactive approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Is committed to the personal and academic development of every child.
  • Has a passion for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum and can bring new ideas to the classroom.
  • Is a strong communicator and works effectively as part of a team.
