Key Responsibilities:
- Support student welfare needs, providing first aid and responding to student illnesses or accidents as they arise
- Offer pastoral care and emotional support to students, promoting positive well-being
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and interventions, ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Liaise with parents, carers, and staff to communicate welfare concerns and updates
Requirements:
- First Aid training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a welfare, healthcare, or support role is beneficial
- Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting student well-being
- Enhanced DBS Check
