Learning Support Assistant (LSA) preferably with SEN Experience - Secondary (UK)
Join our inclusive school community as a Learning Support Assistant with a focus on SEN support. We are seeking an experienced LSA who is passionate about helping students with special educational needs succeed in their studies.
Role Overview:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Work with SEN students across a range of abilities and needs
- Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an LSA with SEN knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Ability to foster independence and confidence in students
