???? **Location:** Small, community-focused village school near Garstang ???? **Position:** SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) working 1:1 with a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) ???? **Type:** Full-time, starting as soon as possible
We are a small, welcoming school dedicated to providing an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Our strong reputation for outstanding SEN provisions reflects our commitment to supporting each child's unique needs, ensuring every child can thrive. We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and skilled SEN TA to join our supportive team, working 1:1 with a young pupil with ASD in our EYFS setting.

### Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD in the EYFS, using strategies to encourage engagement and positive learning experiences- Assist with individualized education plans (IEPs), monitoring and recording progress- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, promoting social and emotional development- Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and SEN specialists to implement tailored interventions and adjustments
### Ideal Candidate:- Experience supporting pupils with ASD in an educational setting, ideally in EYFS- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience- Able to adapt to each child's unique needs and learning styles- Team player who values collaboration and inclusivity
