We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators for a secondary school in Lambeth. This role is ideal for individuals who are calm, attentive, and able to maintain a focused exam environment. This is a temporary role and suitable candidates must be available through November 2024.
Key Responsibilities for Exam Invigilator include:
- Supervising students during exams to ensure a fair and secure testing environment.
- Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials.
- Following exam regulations and procedures accurately.
- Assisting with seating arrangements and ensure students are correctly identified.
- Addressing any queries or concerns in line with exam protocols.
- Reporting any irregularities or breaches of conduct.
Requirements for Exam Invigilator include:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Punctual, professional, and reliable.
- Previous experience in a school setting or exam environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
