Recruitment Consultant (Education Sector)
Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 dependent upon experience Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours:
- Term Time: 7am - 5pm
- Holidays: 5 hours per day Holiday Entitlement: 28 days + 3 days at Christmas Work Arrangement: Work from home on Wednesdays
Job Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Education sector, you will be integral in supporting schools with the recruitment of non-classroom-based staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and placing caretakers, administrators, business support staff, and business managers within schools.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with school administrative teams.
- Understanding the specific staffing needs of each school and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing the full recruitment process from advertising roles to on boarding new hires.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Understanding of the education sector, particularly non-teaching role would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other related technologies.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
