We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continuity of learning in our primary classrooms.
Role Overview: As a Primary School Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the educational standards of each school. You will step in to cover the absence of regular teaching staff, ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and year groups, from Reception to Year 6.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback.
- Liaise with permanent staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
