SEND Teaching Assistants - PRIMARY SCHOOLS ACROSS LEEDS
Full-time, 5 days per week (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
Roles Available:
- 1:1 Support Roles
- Intervention Roles
- Behaviour Support Roles
Age Range: Early Years to Key Stage 2
Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending upon experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), ADHD, and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
- Foster a nurturing and caring environment for all students.
- Build strong rapport with children and their parents to support the students' educational and emotional needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with children with SEND.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with children and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
