The Role
- Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist with learning, communication and social development
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children, young people or SEND is desirable
- Patient, caring and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
