Key Duties
- Support creative, play-based learning
- Take part in events and themed activities
- Encourage children's development and confidence
- Build relationships with children, families, and staff
- Contribute to observations and learning records
- Follow safeguarding and nursery policies
What We're Looking For
- Passion for working with children (Level 2/3 desirable)
- Childcare experience preferred
- Positive, caring, and energetic attitude
- Team player with good communication skills
- Basic EYFS/safeguarding knowledge (training provided)
