The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will support children's learning and development through engaging indoor and outdoor activities, helping to create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, including outdoor learning
- Promote children's development, confidence, and wellbeing
- Assist with observations and contribute to learning journeys where appropriate
- Build positive relationships with staff, children, and families
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
What We're Looking For
- Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or relevant childcare experience
- A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early years development
- Basic understanding of EYFS and safeguarding, or willingness to learn
