Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Short and Long Term Temporary Opportunities!
Location: Darlington
Pay: £100 - £140 p/day (PAYE)
Are you confident in the classroom and passionate about helping students succeed? Join a vibrant, inclusive mixed secondary school (11-16) in Darlington as a Cover Supervisor and play a key role in shaping young minds.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise classes of up to 30 students when teachers are absent.
- Keep learners engaged and on task using pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supervising groups of children or young people.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Confidence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
